New York Lawyer Beau Taylor, principal attorney at Beau Taylor Law, was born to a Long Island carpenter and nurse, Beau comes from parents that knew with hard work they could provide their sons with new levels of opportunity and aspiration. However, as with many working families, there was always trepidation that a misstep could negate a lifetime of diligence with unforeseeable costs, debts, or liens. This led to an appreciation for the protection of families' assets and the ability to direct them as we choose, whether to the next generation or to charity or to our own security late in life. Beau understands the importance of protecting vulnerable individuals and families and their hard-earned assets.

Beau took the opportunity afforded him to dedicate himself to estate planning, family law, Personal injury law, and elder law. In law school, Beau was selected for a competitive program as a Pro Bono Scholar in family and estate law. There, he committed 520 pro bono hours to Nassau/Suffolk Law Services. During this time, Beau focused on family law and estate planning, including trusts, wills, estates, and related work including acting as a family lawyer, will lawyer, probate lawyer, and estate planning lawyer. Shortly after, he worked at a Long Island, NY law firm where he continued his pursuit of estate planning and elder law, helping clients in the development and successful completion of cases ranging from probate and estate planning to highly complex cases which defy specific categorization. Beau also focused on personal injury lawsuits along with custody and visitation cases. Through practice and study, Beau continues to commit to staying abreast of frequently shifting laws and leading practices for protecting local individual and family assets.
